Patricia Mosley is a Mental Performance Coach who helps athletes and individuals of all ages reach their full potential. With a Masters in Counseling Psychology, Certifications in Sport Psychology Coaching, Mental Performance Mastery Certification, and Wellness Coaching Certification, her goal is to help athletes train their minds and increase their performance both on and off the field.
Coach Mosley has over 30 years of coaching experience at the Collegiate, High School, and Youth levels. Recently named the the 2023 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Atlantic Region Assistant Coach of the Year. She has coached the 2023 NCAA Division II Shot Put Champion, multiple Division II All-Americans and multiple PSAC Conference Record Holders. Coach Mosley has also spent the past 25 years teaching and mentoring high school students with learning disabilities.
